Got inspired to try to draw the dress Francine wore in an American Dad episode with an expression I loved from Paperman. It was fun, and I am getting better without references, plus it was a chance to work with clothing. Hope ya all like. Zoom

Finally had a chance to draw the naked girl on a rocket….. sort of. I didn’t like how most drawings of girls on rockets were drawn, (and there were a lot) so I tried something different. Hope the person who requested this likes it and so do you. :) Zoom

Phew, today I was working on both 3d texturing in photoshop and figure drawing. One heck of a busy start to the new year lets hope I can keep it up. Anyway I am thinking of using this as the picture to help me with a request I have been meaning to do. Hope it works out. :) Zoom

Inking test, Autodesk added an awesome new update for their iPad app called ink. This was made in around 5 min and I like the style I get. Further investigation is required, especially since it vector based :) or something the like. Zoom

Stlye test yet again with a bit of emotion. I wanted to try out a slightly different method of creating eyes and nose whle working with fashion again. I like the hair in this one better than last night’s and I was happy to draw the model a bit peeved. :) Zoom

Clothing sketch with a bigger girl, I tried something I am pretty proud of, mostly because the reference was taken from a fashion magazine, and the size of the model was a zero. I added quite a few sizes to her because I wanted to draw the same beauty with a plus size girl, maybe even more so. (Again… Key word is try). I need quite a bit of practice with size changes, but it was a fun experiment. Zoom

Style test, I am practicing for a character with long legs like Sailor Moon since my last attempt the legs were waaaay too stubby. Besides making her thinner (according to my “client”), she liked it honestly so do I. Edit: Unlike a lot of my work, this had no reference, I am trying to make my work more free so it can be a bit looser. Zoom

Figure drawing session tonight and here is the best of them, I like that we had an interesting model tonight. Well, I learned something tonight when I tried to draw my request drawing tonight, Sailor Moon, she is deceptively odd to draw. I had her rough pencil complete…. but I really think I can do better so I will try again tomorrow. Sometimes it’s better to start over again than try to fix a lot of broken areas. Zoom

I really want to do at least one sketch today due to today being the last official comic of Paige Warren (aka Rampaige) cute comic, Busty Girls comic.
